NOREC Services will carry out a comprehensive fire and smoke damper survey and subsequently supply a fire damper scheduled report with service photographs.

We will supply our costs to carry out any repair work required to the fire dampers and surrounding walls that on completion we will issue certification that the fire dampers comply to AS1668 part 1, AS1682-1990 parts 1 & 2 for manufacture and installation; and AS1851-2005 for maintenance and servicing.

If you require early advice we offer a consultation service to attend site early during new constructions to ensure fire and smoke damper installations adhere to Australian standards. This will minimise major costs at a later date due to possible non-compliance. On completion we will supply certification for the installation to AS1682-1990 parts 1 & 2.

To maintain compliance NOREC will carry out the annual servicing and maintenance for fire and smoke dampers to AS1851-2005.

NOREC will carry out installation, repairs, servicing and maintenance for fire stopping and fire rated enclosures to AS1530.4

No job is too small or too large as we will supply and install pipework, ductwork, insulation and air balance of small to medium size HVAC mechanical systems.
